The Dhaka University Nanotechnology Centre (DUNC) is pleased to announce an academic seminar titled “Advances in Functional Nanomaterials,” scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Centre for Advanced Research in Sciences (CARS), University of Dhaka. The program will feature presentations by Prof. Dr. M. Mizanur Rahman from the Department of Physics and Prof. Dr. Ahsan Habib from the Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka. In addition, current DUNC research fellows will present their latest findings and ongoing research in nanoscience.

The event will be graced by the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. Abdus Salam, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the University of Dhaka, as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Dr. Md. Mufazzal Hossain, Dean of the Faculty of Science, University of Dhaka, as the Special Guest.
