40% of the total bill for sample analysis should be kept for DUNC / University.
a) 10% of the funds will be reserved exclusively for the University / DUNC, to be spent with the approval of the Board of Directors / Executive Council.
b) 500/- should be provided to the office officer/assistant engaged in the relevant work for each sample.
c) Conveyance costs for sample analysis, including postal charges, should be spent from this fund.
d) This fund can be used for DUNC's research activities.
60% of each bill can be withdrawn for the analyst or director.
Of this, 80% should be given to the concerned analysts and 20% to the director.
The minimum sample analysis fee should be set at 30,000/- Tk.
However, the list of analysis-based charges should be formulated in phases.
This policy will remain in force until a central policy is formulated and implemented by the university.
